These Terms of Service govern your use of VerseTap, a Bible study and sermon note-taking app developed by Simeon Taiwo Oluwafimijoba of Clarylife Global, Port Harcourt, Nigeria.

By downloading or using VerseTap, you agree to these terms.

1. What VerseTap Is

VerseTap is a note-taking app designed for ministers, Bible teachers, and serious Bible students. It includes offline Bible access, scripture lookup, AI-assisted features, and optional cloud backup through your personal Google Drive account.

2. Your Notes and Data

Your notes are stored on your device. If you enable Google Drive backup, your notes are saved to your own Google Drive account. VerseTap does not store your note content on its servers. You retain full ownership of everything you write.

3. AI Features

VerseTap includes AI-powered features including Scripture Counsel and AI Bible Search. These features are designed to assist your study and are not a substitute for personal Bible study, pastoral guidance, or theological training. Results should be verified against Scripture.

AI features require an internet connection and are subject to availability.

4. VerseTap Pro Subscriptions

VerseTap Pro is available as a monthly or yearly subscription. Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store depending on your platform. Billing, renewals, and cancellations are governed by your store’s subscription policies.

To cancel a subscription, use the subscription management settings in your App Store or Google Play account. VerseTap does not process refunds directly. Refund requests must be submitted through your respective store.

5. Support Contributions

VerseTap offers optional one-time support contributions. These are non-refundable and do not grant additional features or entitlements beyond VerseTap Pro.

6. Acceptable Use

You may use VerseTap for personal, educational, and ministry purposes. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the app or its contents.

7. Limitation of Liability

VerseTap is provided as-is. We make no warranties about uninterrupted availability, accuracy of AI-generated content, or fitness for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clarylife Global is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of VerseTap after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
